On Friday, March 14, former Newton High School standout Carly Mayhood’s current college team, the Hartford Hawks, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Fitchburg State Falcons.

The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Falcons this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 7 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Webster Gorloks.
