On Wednesday, April 16, former Hunterdon Central High School standouts Christian Petino Jr. and Jared Jacobus’ current college team, the Caldwell Cougars, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgian Court Lions.

The game took place at Municipal Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Lions this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 11 a.m. at Kiwanis Oval against Dominican Chargers.
