Alex Hart, a former standout at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, took the field with Fairleigh Dickinson on Friday, March 13, as the Devils fell 19-2 against Arcadia Knights in an NCAA Division III baseball game.
Friday’s game was held at Skip Wilson Field and marked the season’s first meeting between the two teams.
Hart gave up eight earned runs over three innings, walked two and struck out one batter.
The Devils are set to face Arcadia Knights again on Saturday, March 14, at noon at Vincent J. and Lenda F. Naimoli Ballpark.
