On Saturday, May 31, former High Point Regional High School standout Matt Sabato’s current collegiate team the Kean Cougars won 5-3 against the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.
The game took place at Classic Park at 2:15 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays in the tournament.
The Kean Cougars’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 5:20 p.m. at Classic Park.
