Former Hunterdon Central Regional High School standout Alex Hart played with his current team, the Fairleigh Dickinson Devils, on Tuesday, March 10, at 3 p.m. The Devils fell 12-8 in an NCAA Division III baseball game against the Montclair State Redhawks.

The contest was held at Yogi Berra Stadium, marking the team’s first meeting this season with the Redhawks.

Hart pitched two innings, allowing four earned runs, walking two and striking out one.

The Devils are set to face the Arcadia Knights next, with the game slated for Friday, March 13, at 3:30 p.m. at Skip Wilson Field.
