On Friday, March 7, former Belvidere High School standout Bernard Coronado’s current college team, the Bloomfield Bears, lost 16-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Saint Leo Lions.

The game took place at Thomas B. Southard Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Thomas B. Southard Stadium against Saint Leo Lions.
