On Sunday, March 23, former Pope John Xxiii High School standout Mac Tufts’ current college team, the Longwood Lancers, won 14-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Asheville Bulldogs.

The game took place at Greenwood Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 5:10 p.m. at The Diamond against VCU Rams.
