On Friday, March 7, former Newton High School standout Maddie Gore’s current college team, the Marist Red Foxes, won 9-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers.

The game took place at Betty Basler Field. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Red Foxes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Betty Basler Field against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
