Mike Inganamort, a public official in New Jersey, used his social media platform to highlight local events and comment on the state’s political process over the weekend.
On July 19, 2025, Inganamort encouraged residents to participate in a community celebration despite inclement weather. He posted: “Tonight Allamuchy proudly celebrates Warren County’s Bicentennial. Don’t let a light drizzle discourage you, come on down to Green Acres Park for a great firework show tonight!”
The following day, he promoted another local event via Twitter. On July 20, 2025, he wrote: “The Feast of Saint Cesario is happening NOW at Arbolino Park in Netcong. A unique and very special tradition, with fireworks at 11:00pm. Check it out!”
Later that same day, Inganamort addressed the issue of Congressional redistricting in New Jersey. He stated: “To be clear: New Jersey’s Congressional map was drawn by Democrats – because it was “their turn”, according to Redistricting Commission tie breaker Justice Wallace. So would a mid-Census Democratic do-over mean it’s Republicans’ turn?” This tweet references the process by which New Jersey’s Congressional districts were recently redrawn—a process overseen by the state’s Redistricting Commission and decided by an appointed tiebreaker when partisan members could not agree.
Redistricting in New Jersey occurs every ten years following the U.S. Census and has been subject to partisan debate. The most recent map was finalized after a deadlock within the commission led Justice John E. Wallace Jr., serving as an independent tiebreaker, to side with Democratic members due to what he described as fairness considerations based on prior cycles.
These posts reflect both ongoing community traditions and continuing political discussions relevant to residents of Warren County and beyond.
