Let’s hope it holds.” By 3:30 p.m., Inganamort updated his followers with further details on changing weather conditions and increased accumulation: “We’re at 13 inches of snow at 3:30pm in Chester, New Jersey – and we’ve switched from a light fluffy snow to sleet, making everything a lot heavier.”
