At 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, the Muhlenberg Mules, featuring former Hunterdon Central Regional High School standout Ryan Schultz, earned a 12-10 win in their NCAA Division III baseball contest against the Southwestern Pirates.
Rockwell Family Field hosted the game, marking the third meeting between Muhlenberg and Southwestern this season. The Mules had dropped their previous matchup to the Pirates 6-5 on Friday, March 13.
Schultz took the mound for 0.2 innings, tallying two walks and striking out two batters.
Muhlenberg is set to face the Albright Lions at Bicentennial Park on Tuesday, March 17, at 3:30 p.m. in their next game.
