On Saturday, March 8, former Pope John Xxiii High School standout Mac Tufts’ current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 18-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the George Mason Patriots.

The game took place at Capital One Park. This was their first matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12 p.m. at Capital One Park against Georgetown Hoyas.
