Sparta alum Ally Sweeney set to play in NCAA Tournament with Richmond

Ally Sweeney, a former standout at Sparta High School and now a member of the Richmond Spiders basketball team, is set to take part in the NCAA Tournament.

Richmond will open as a No. 11 seed and face off against fellow 11th seed, the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Their first matchup is set for Wednesday, March 18, at 6 p.m. inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.
