FEB 7 AT 5 AM – FEB 7 AT 6 AM
Our Winter Mindfulness Walk incorporates the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing; mindfully spending time in nature to engage the 5 senses of taste, smell, touch, sight, and hearing, which provides physical and mental benefits.
Why is winter a good time to practice mindfulness? Darker days and lack of sunlight can take a toll on our well-being. Practicing mindfulness is restorative for our emotions and boosts the immune system!
