Mindfulness is restorative for emotions and well-being and boosts the immune system. This Mindfulness Walk incorporates the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing; mindfully spending time in nature engages the 5 senses of taste, smell, touch, sight, and hearing, providing physical and mental benefits.
