On Friday, March 20, Brynn McCurry, a former Sparta High School standout now playing for the Villanova Wildcats, saw her team fall 57-52 to the Texas Tech Lady Raiders in the NCAA Tournament.
The matchup was held at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center with tipoff at 8:30 p.m.
McCurry recorded 13 points, nine rebounds and two assists during her 29 minutes on the court.
