Meet Aleigh

99

Centenary University issued the following announcement.

Meet Aleigh! “I graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies with a concentration in science. Currently I am a Project Manager in the Clinical Division at Syneos Health. I have been working in this industry for nine years and enjoy every part of it. While I originally wanted to go down the path of an equestrian career, I branched out to the clinical trial industry upon graduation and haven’t turned back. Since obtaining my B.S. degree involved many science classes, I was able to utilize my learning and apply it towards these complex human trials. Even though I don’t work with horses as a career, I have my own horse and ride 5-6 days a week and compete regionally in Dressage during the show season and my Equine Science knowledge comes in handy every single day that I am at the barn. To keep up with current trends and events in the horse world, I also help with social media at Horsemen’s Outlet a few hours a week. One of my favorite things about Centenary was the quality of the Equestrian Center. The staff always ensured each horse had the best care, the facility was safe and clean, and that all staff members were welcoming to students of all disciplines and levels. In terms of classes, both at the Equestrian Center and on campus, the smaller class sizes really do wonders for focus and quality of instruction, and I found this contributed to a more successful learning environment.” https://alumni.centenaryuniversity.edu
