On Sunday, March 23, former Sparta High School standout Ally Sweeney’s current collegiate team the Richmond Spiders lost 84-67 against the UCLA Bruins in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Pauley Pavilion, this was the first game against the UCLA Bruins during the championship.

Ally Sweeney’s hometown is Sparta and game position is guard.
